Our Homebound Food Access Program places Miami residents who are homebound, elderly and/or disabled with a volunteer in their neighborhood who attends food distributions on their behalf. To be considered for this program, please submit the below application. We will reply to all applicants within three weeks of submitted request; please look out for a follow-up call from us.
